- A registration fee of 75 US$ is required for each review of a candidate's registration application to determine eligibility for Phase I
- A registration fee of 75 US$ is required for each additional registration application submitted by a candidate after the 5 year period of eligibility to take Phase I of the Diplomate Certifying Examination has expired.
- All fees are non-refundable except for extenuating circumstances deemed valid for the Board to approve a refund
- After verification of the information contained in the online registration and reception of the registration fee and letters of reference, the candidate will be informed of their eligibility to take Phase I within 2 months from the date that the registration is considered complete. If the candidate then wishes to take the Phase I examination, the candidate must then notify the Secretary of the ACVCP of their intent and provide an examination fee as described in the examination fee guidelines by January 1st of the year of the examination. It is the candidates responsibility to ensure that registration is completed within sufficient time to respect the prescribed deadlines.
